The name of Igor Aronovich Krugly is closely connected with the name of the artist Andrei Ilyich Kurnakov. Among the numerous monographs and albums by Igor Aronovich on the problems of Russian pre-revolutionary, Soviet and contemporary art, publications about our famous compatriot artist received special fame. These books were awarded with diplomas and prizes of the Russian Academy of Arts, the Russian Artists Association.
In the portrait of his friend, Soviet and Russian art critic Igor Aronovich Krugly, Honored Art Worker of the RSFSR, Associate Member of the Russian Academy of Arts, presented in the exhibition of the Art Gallery, Andrei Ilyich Kurnakov expressed deep sympathy for him.
