The exhibition is dedicated to the Tetyushi merchant class. Its main topic was the commercial, household and social life of representatives of this class. The exhibition includes authentic antique items that belonged to the merchant families of the Serebryakov, Krupin, Kolsanov, Polosukhin, Maltsev: coins, banknotes, paintings, trade seals, original dishes of porcelain factories of the Russian Empire, decorative figurines and other interior decoration items, rare photographs and personal documents of representatives of dynasties.
The exposition is located in the mansion of 1870, which belonged to the merchant of the First guild, the Only Honorary citizen of the town of Tetyushi, Pyotr Serebryakov.
