Olga Aleksandrovna spent a lot of time at the Ramon family estate in the Voronezh province. She treated Ramon peasants warmly, often became the godmother to their children. According to the records of the Metric Book of the Nikolskaya Church of the Ramonsky District, Olga Aleksandrovna had over 50 godchildren in Ramon. She invited them to her house, visited them herself, gave them valuable gifts, helped to get an education.
Olga Aleksandrovna took care not only of her godchildren, but also of other Ramon children. At her own expense, she organized a nursery for babies in the village: they were constantly supervised there, as a result of which the infant mortality rate in the village significantly dropped.
