A wooden one-story manor house with a mezzanine was built at the beginning of the 20th century by the hereditary honorary citizen Fedor Ksenofontovich Prishletsov, who had been for more than ten years, until 1906, the chairman of the Gorokhovets territorial government.
The entrance from the street is decorated with a roofed porch covered with the patterned iron ‘scale’ as a roofing tile or shingle. The completion of the house has a picturesque view. The facade is full of decor, giving it an elegant appearance. The window frames of various and unusual shapes have amazingly beautiful outside architraves; the images of lions and Merrows (mermaids) occupy the prominent position.
The second owner of this tower house was the Gorokhovets military commander, lieutenant-colonel Pyotr Dmitrievich Fedorov. On the ground floor in 1915 the store of Alexander Alekseevich Vyalov was arranged.
