Attaché is a decorative relief overlay on an object (or carving) in the form of a sculptural human or animal head.

An amazing discovery of a basin was made in the Oktyabrsky district of the Volgograd region in 1995. Unfortunately, it is without handles. The Attaché handles, depicting the heads of bearded mask, were symmetrically attached to the upper part of the basin body with tin solder and copper rivets. Their outer surface is carefully turned and engraved. The severe fragmentation of the pelvis makes it possible to make only an approximate reconstruction of it.

The attachments of the handles framed by grape leaves were decorated in the form of the head of the Greek god of vegetation and winemaking Dionysus.

In Rome, Dionysus was revered under the name of Bacchus. Bacchus was usually depicted as a young man, with a wreath of leaves and bunches of grapes on his head.
