The historical exhibition ‘Military and Historical Heritage of Kolomna’ in the Museum of Military Glory displays objects that tell the military story of the city — from the time of Dmitry Donskoy to the Great Patriotic War and the events of the 21th century.
The Museum of Military Glory presents models of missiles, a collection of cold steel weapons, ancient armor, bricks from the ruins of the Brest Fortress, clothing of a bygone era, and history paintings. In addition, there are authentic archival documents and rare photos. Soviet factory workshops were reconstructed for the exhibition ‘Military and Historical Heritage of Kolomna’, which also illustrate the military history of the old city.
