The Exhibition Culture and Way of Life of the Adyghes represents national costumes made in the 19th century, various ancient household goods, such as chests or saddles, famous Adyghe gold embroidery, jewelry, cold arms and firearms, and other exhibits. Some of them, for example, a bench used for an ancient Adyghe game, are unique and at present exist in a single copy. Visitors to the exposition will know a lot of information on traditions, customs, habits and beliefs of the Adyghes (the Circassians), for example, why Adyghe tables were always made round, what rituals were conducted before hunting, sounds of what musical instrument could cure diseases, why cradles made from elder were never presented to children as well as other traditional tales and everyday stories of this people.
