The seven halls of the exhibition ‘Kalashnikov: The Legendary Man’ tell us the story of a difficult and eventful life of the legendary gunsmith.
The first hall relates the story of the museum’s creation. The second hall — “A young man from Altai” — is devoted to the Kalashnikovs history and the young years of the future weapons engineer. The third hall — “The automatic-weapon man” — reveals the secrets of the famous gunsmith’s work. The ‘Family’ hall gives us a glimpse into the private life and the deep inner world of Mikhail Kalashnikov as an outstanding scientist, a talented poet, a passionate hunter, and a wonderful family man.
