The exhibition Pages from the 20th Century at N. A. Sysoev Picture Gallery represents a collective image of the man of the 20th century through painting, graphics and sculpture. The exhibit encapsulates the bygone era of the Soviet Union, giving viewers a glimpse into what it was like to live during that period. Each work represents an artistic document of the time, and every painting is a small story reflecting the life of the country.

The exhibition showcases the artworks of Russian realist painters, including Lev-Tolstovsky District native and founder of the Gallery Nikolai Sysoev, Vladimir Tsigal, Vladimir Kholuev, Anatoly Kuvin, Nikolai Solomin, Nina Skorubskaya, and others.

Exhibits are marked with AR stickers for identification purposes.
