We find ourselves in the hall “Indigenous inhabitants of the Angara region”, in the chum — the dwelling of the indigenous inhabitants
of the Angara taiga — Tungus hunters and reindeer herders.
Their culture, everyday life, clothes and utensils are presented in this hall.
Just as Siberia existed at the junction of two cultures and nationalities, so in our museum the hall of the indigenous people seems to be divided into two parts.
It is not often that you see a painted ceiling, and in our museum there is an article by S.U. Remezov enlarged several times from the “Service Drawing Book” — “About the edges and boundaries of all Siberia”. The original stylistic handwriting that has survived to this day, which is extremely difficult to understand with the naked eye, reveals the description of the river, land, air of the entire lower Angara region. We find ourselves in the hall “Indigenous inhabitants of the Angara region”, in the chum — the dwelling of the indigenous inhabitants
